Steiniger advised company FinStat with a comprehensive set of contractual relationships with internal and external developers / programmers and other authors of works, who are involved in the development of their services and products.
Our mandate consisted mainly of the following tasks:
- preparation of cooperation and service contracts with a special cooperation and invoicing regime
- elaboration of complex regulation of intellectual property rights that will provide the client with its exclusive rights to copyright works such as computer programs, databases, designs, patents or utility models
- setting relationships and borders between internal employees and external suppliers
FinStat - Slovak company processing data on business entities. FinStat collects a wide range of public data and information about companies, which are used to produce statistics, overviews of the development of individual business entities and to implement so-called due diligence - verification of potential business partners and obtaining information on their solvency and fulfillment of obligations to authorities. For this purpose, it uses unique and own developed methodologies for creating and processing databases as well as their displaying (www.finstat.sk)
